At Tipico, we are dedicated to offering high-quality products and exceptional service. If, however, you are unsatisfied with either our products or our service, we encourage you to contact us with your concerns.

Your use of this site signifies your understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to adhere to them at all times.


Please note that all specifications are approximate as our products are handmade and thus, subject to slight variations.

While we take meticulous care to prevent contamination from gluten, soy, or dairy in our products, we cannot unequivocally guarantee that our products are entirely free from traces of these elements.

We reserve the right, at any point prior to acceptance, to decline any order or any portion of an order, or to request additional information to assist us in evaluating and/or processing the order.


We aim to process all orders promptly. Should there be any issues in fulfilling your order, you will be informed immediately.
Please note, we do not dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Purchased goods from our site will be delivered via Royal Mail 1st class, with delivery typically taking 1-2 business days. Please note, delivery services may be impacted during weekends and Bank Holidays.

While we strive to meet delivery dates, we do not accept any liability for late deliveries.

In addition to the price for the goods, you will also be required to cover the delivery charges.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient’s name. We cannot be held accountable for the delivery of your goods to an incorrect address or person due to you providing inaccurate or incomplete information.

We are not liable for any failure to ship products due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or legislation. However, we commit to notifying you within fourteen (14) days of order placement if products will not be shipped as ordered. In such instances, we will not process any payment or will immediately refund any payment made, in full.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your order is placed with adequate lead time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from non-shipment.

Furthermore, it is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and postcode. If you realise an error with the shipping address, please contact us immediately. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, the address cannot be modified. If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you will have to re-pay for the shipping and the products, and we will not issue a refund for them.

Consumption of Goods

Ambient consumable goods should be consumed prior to the ‘best before date’ indicated on the product label.

WARNING: Despite our best efforts to remove any foreign objects from our products, some may inadvertently remain. Therefore, it is your responsibility to check the product prior to consumption or production. We will not be held accountable for any damage incurred by any foreign objects found in the product.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all goods displayed on our site at the time you access it, including all products listed as out of stock. While we aim to provide accurate information, descriptions, and images of our goods, we cannot guarantee their accuracy and are not legally bound by them. By purchasing goods from our site, you agree to do so at your own risk.

Refunds & Returns Policy

You are entitled to a refund within 14 days from the day you receive the products if:

  • The products are expired upon receipt.
  • You received the incorrect products.

** We cannot process refunds for damaged or opened products.

To request a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 14 days from the day of delivery. Failure to do so within this timeframe will render your right to refunds or replacements void.

While we strive to ensure all products leaving our shop are in perfect condition, it is your responsibility to verify the quality of the goods upon receipt (e.g., expired, missing, damaged, smelly, stale). If you begin using the products without notifying us of any issues, we are not responsible for any damage that may ensue.

If you decide to cancel your contract with us after the goods have been dispatched, you must return the goods to us as soon as possible. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by you. We are not responsible for any damage or loss to the goods that occurs prior to their return, including while the goods are in transit.

If you cancel your contract with us, we will reimburse all payments received from you under the contract, including delivery costs. However, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund any reduction in the value of the goods caused by unnecessary handling.

We commit to providing the refund no later than 14 days after we receive any returned goods.


We accept all major credit/debit cards.

All credit/debit card payments are securely processed by Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorise our access to and use of the payment method you have chosen. Should we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

Limitation of Liability

Tipico cannot be held liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the site.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.


We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions periodically to comply with the law and to reflect any changes in the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site.
